Key Responsibilities

* Advise students on education pathways, course and university selection, and visa application procedures for Australia.

* Assess students’ skills, interests, and goals to recommend suitable study and career options.

* Assist with student applications, ensure documentation compliance, and prepare students for interviews.

* Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on student interactions and outcomes.

* Stay updated on Australian education policies, visa regulations, and best counselling practices.

Required Skills

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

* Excellent counselling, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

* Empathy and professionalism while working with diverse student backgrounds.

* Good knowledge of Australian education system, courses, and universities.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* IT proficiency for maintaining records and communication.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

* Prior experience in education counselling, especially for Australia, is highly desirable.

* Knowledge of Australian visa regulations and university application procedures will be an advantage.
