Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Australia Education Counselor located in Noida. The role involves guiding students throughout their journey of applying for education opportunities in Australia. Responsibilities include counseling prospective students, assessing their profiles, advising on suitable academic programs, assisting with application and documentation processes, and providing visa guidance. Additionally, maintaining effective communication with students and universities to ensure smooth transitions will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of Australian university admission procedures and visa requirements
• Knowledge of academic programs and career pathways for Australian education
• Proficiency in handling application processes and documentation preparation
• Ability to work in a client-focused and professional environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; experience in education counseling is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
