Key Responsibilities:

Payments - All (Advance, Bills payable, Imprest etc.
Check PO, payment process, Audit Bill compliances like quantity ordered GST, IGST, CGST, Rates, Advance made or not.
Receivable Audit like Quotation, Payment received or pending.
Auditing party wise payments pending made details.
Advances tracking, Fund flow, Site bills checking ,ESI/PF checking. - Monthly
Unreconciled Payments Checking, getting authorisation payments daily from concerned person.
Payroll checking till disbursement, (other reports checking like manpower
Full and final document checking of employees, payment checking.
Profit and loss monthly (Including reports like sales vs purchase, expenses comparison as and when required .
Project contractors work orders checking clearing, clearing of bills, excel maintenance, (costing reports checking.
Corrections in work orders, TA/Da sheet - Maintenace, Authorisation of projects and transporters bills with team
Transportation checklist checking for rates and lots, bills clearing, highlighting dispatch excel along with
Loan to employees - Documents checking and keeping record of the same.
Bank reconciliation with team, Cheque book Audit with team
Insurances - Directors family - Yearly ,Investments of RSPL - Mutual Funds, AIF etc
Repetition checking of EAR WCP policy checking with team.
