Position: Junior Executive - Finance and Accounts (Audit) Location: Hassan / Arsikere, Karnataka Experience: 1 to 3 Years Qualification: B.Com Industry: Garment Manufacturing Must have experience in audit Job description Petty cash Management - Accounting the Voucher into the Expenses Management Tool, following up on the pending payments, and recording payment confirmation into the Expenses tracker for proper monitoring. Cash in Hand - Emergency cash Management and Accounting General Advance - request based on specific approval - arranging the necessary approval and getting the fund arranged for the purpose and follow up with the approver to get the General Advance settled post-due purpose and within the stipulated time period to close the accounting Employee FFS (Full & Final Settlement) & Shift allowance and Gratuity - vouching the necessary documents, validating the calculation, and processing the same for payment. Collection of income tax papers from employees, validation, and submission to Corporate office Service-related Non-PO Bills - Validation, creation of control no. for accounting, scanning the bills, and submitting the same for the payment process Agreement renewal activity is to be carried out by coordinating with the Unit Head and Corporate office, and getting it renewed in a timely manner.
