Audit Engineer(Civil Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and budgets using tools like Primavera or MS Project.

Billing & Invoicing: Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and client invoices based on site measurements.

Quantity Surveying: Take site measurements, prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Resource Management: Coordinate and monitor the allocation of materials, manpower, and machinery.

Cost Management: Perform rate analysis, cost estimation, and reconciliation of materials.

Reporting: Generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for management.

Subcontractor Management: Verify subcontractor bills and maintain records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 4+ years in construction planning, billing, and quantity surveying.

Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera).

Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural/structural drawings, understand contract documents, and perform rate analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
