Job Title: Audiologist & Speech Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Audiologist Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing assessments using audiometers and other diagnostic tools.
• Identify, diagnose, and manage hearing disorders in patients of all ages.
• Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids, cochlear implants, and assistive listening devices.
• Provide rehabilitation and counseling to patients and their families on hearing loss and hearing aid use.
• Maintain detailed audiological records and reports for patient files.
• Collaborate with ENT specialists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals for treatment planning.
• Conduct newborn hearing screenings and advise parents on early interventions.
• Educate patients about hearing protection and preventive care.

2. Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients.
• Work with children and adults having speech delays, stammering, articulation problems, or aphasia.
• Help patients improve communication skills after stroke, brain injury, or developmental delay.
• Train patients in voice modulation, pronunciation, and fluency techniques.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations and recommend diet modifications or therapy for dysphagia cases.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Educate families and caregivers on how to support therapy goals at home.
• Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and occupational therapists for multidisciplinary care.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
