Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist

Role Overview: As an Audiologist at our organization, you will be responsible for conducting screening and diagnostic tests for patients experiencing hearing loss, as well as providing guidance on and selling hearing aids. Your role will involve performing various tasks including ear screening, pure tone audiometry, hearing aid trial and fitment, taking ear moulds, and potentially conducting Tele-audiometry tests. Additionally, you will engage with doctors and other staff members in the premises or nearby. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct screening and diagnostic tests for patients with hearing loss - Provide guidance on and sell hearing aids - Perform tasks such as ear screening, pure tone audiometry, hearing aid trial and fitment, and taking ear moulds - Potentially conduct Tele-audiometry tests - Engage with doctors and other staff members on-site or nearby Qualifications Required: - BASLP and/or MASLP education - Minimum of 1 year of experience or more than 300 hours of experience in pure tone audiometry, calibration, and reporting - Good understanding of hearing devices - Proficient in sales pitches - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Good judgement in identifying customer needs - Proficiency in MS Office tools - Language proficiency in English and Hindi Additional Details: This role may require you to work in rotational shifts as per project requirements, travel for conducting camps, and conduct hearing aid trials and fitment at the homes of older individuals. You will be expected to make appropriate decisions on the management plan of customers in coordination with department protocols.
