Audio Visual Sales Specialist

You will be joining AV Dynamic, a leading provider of audio-visual (AV) and IT solutions in India. As an Audio-Visual (AV) Sales Specialist, your role will involve developing and managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored AV solutions. You will need a strong understanding of AV products, industry trends, and sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The role will require you to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on technically complex AV projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical needs assessments, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and system designs, presenting AV solutions to clients, maintaining product knowledge, training sales team members, managing key vendor relationships, expanding key accounts, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs and RFQs, supporting post-sale transition, maintaining sales records, and representing the company at industry events. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have a Master's/bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AV sales or a related role. You must possess strong technical knowledge of AV solutions, sales skills, excellent communication abilities, customer service skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and AV design tools. Preferred skills include experience in managing complex AV projects and familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.
