Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled AV Programmer with 3 to 7 years of experience in programming, configuring, and deploying AV systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in AV control systems, signal processing, and integration of hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, configure, and test AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar).
• Develop user interfaces, system logic, and custom modules for AV solutions.
• Work closely with design engineers and project managers to understand client requirements and translate them into functional AV systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AV systems during staging, installation, and post-installation phases.
• Integrate AV systems with IT infrastructure, video conferencing platforms, and third-party devices.
• Prepare technical documentation, programming notes, and system schematics.
• Support onsite commissioning, client demonstrations, and user training when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electronics/ Computer Science or related field.
• 37 years of proven experience in AV programming.
• Strong knowledge of control system platforms (Crestron, AMX, Extron, etc.)
• Experience with DSP programming (Biamp, QSC, BSS, etc.).
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Cisco, Zoom, MS Teams, Google).
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals related to AV (IP, VLANs, QoS).
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
