CONTEXT & MISSIONS The Electro Acoustic Engineer (F/M/X) oversees car audio systems’ sound tunings and software specifications. Their role is central within the company, being able to work in full autonomy while performing sound tuning as well as communicating with all teams to contribute to internal development. They: Perform car audio system sound tunings using internal tuning tools and embedded software. Participate in presales effort through demonstrations to customers. Evolve in an international environment, with regular overseas business trips. Work in autonomy at customer facilities. Define customers specifications. Collaborate with all development teams. Specify tools and software improvements. Contribute to new algorithms. Perform DSP implementation tests and validation. Provide consulting activities to clients. PROFILE Required: Excellent critical listening skills. Experience in sound engineering (studio, live music…). Good understanding of the customer-supplier relationship. Technical and analytical skills. Good communication skills. Knowledge of embedded systems and audio device hardware. Ability to work in autonomy. Ability to work in team. Ability to be proactive, work on own initiative, to deadlines. Ability to understand and explain technical issues to technical and non-technical personnel. Willing and able to travel frequently. Ability to work in stressful environments. English (business level). Nice to have: Experience in automotive environment. Experience in signal processing.
