Audio Engineer

As an Electro Acoustic Engineer at ARKAMYS, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing car audio systems sound tunings and software specifications. Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, allowing you to leverage your technical skills and experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Perform car audio system sound tunings using internal tuning tools and embedded software. - Participate in presales efforts through demonstrations to customers. - Evolve in an international environment, with regular overseas business trips. - Work autonomously at customer facilities. - Define customers" specifications. - Collaborate with all development teams. - Specify tools and software improvements. - Contribute to new algorithms. - Perform DSP implementation tests and validation. - Provide consulting activities to clients. In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications: - Excellent critical listening skills. - Experience in sound engineering (studio, live music). - Good understanding of the customer-supplier relationship. - Technical and analytical skills. - Good communication skills. - Knowledge of embedded systems and audio device hardware. - Ability to work autonomously and in a team. - Proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical personnel. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently. - Ability to work in stressful environments. - Proficiency in English at a business level. Additionally, having experience in the automotive environment, signal processing, or working with lab equipment such as audio analyzers would be considered advantageous.
