Job Description

Attribute Lead- PED

We are seeking a highly motivated PED Attribute Lead to define and deliver vehicle-level attributes related to performance, fuel/energy efficiency, and driveability.
This role is critical in ensuring that the vehicle meets customer expectations and competitive benchmarks in dynamic performance and real-world usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Define attribute targets for vehicle performance (acceleration, top speed), energy/fuel efficiency, and driveability (throttle response, shift quality, NVH).
Lead cross-functional team s including powertrain, chassis, calibration, and software to deliver attribute performance.
Develop and execute test plans for vali dation of PED attributes in simulation, lab, and real-world environments.
Benchmark competitor vehicles and analyze market trends to inform target setting.Use data analytics and modeling tools to predict and optimize attribute performance.
Support vehicle tuning and calibration activities to meet attribute goals.Present attribute status
