ATS / MIS Admin

As an ATS / MIS Admin at Intelix Systems, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Ceipal Health talent management platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the Ceipal Health talent management platform, handling job postings, candidate submissions, and report generation. - Coordinating with Account Managers to manage new user accounts, access permissions, and IP restrictions. - Maintaining Points of Contact (POCs), company profiles, privacy settings, and candidate hotlists. - Providing training and guidance to the team on Ceipal functionalities and overseeing compliance with Ceipal Health processes. - Administering call recording systems, managing user logins, and conducting audits for data integrity and accurate reporting. - Supporting lead generation initiatives using ATS data and marketing insights. - Utilizing Advanced Excel tools for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. - Collaborating with teams to integrate digital marketing efforts for candidate sourcing and engagement. Requirements: - Hands-on experience with Ceipal Health and VMS platforms. - Strong understanding of IP restrictions, privacy, and compliance practices. - Expertise in Advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboards. - Knowledge of digital marketing practices in talent acquisition. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams. - Preferred healthcare domain experience. Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in MIS, ATS administration, Ceipal Health, or VMS platforms.
