Client : MNC Position 1 : Atlassian Administrator Experience: 7+ Years Job description Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) Design and maintain custom workflows , permission schemes, screen schemes, and field configurations. Implement and manage automation rules , dashboards, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions using Atlassian tools. Manage plugin installations , upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools. Ensure system stability, performance, and security of Atlassian environments. Lead data migrations, backups, and restorations . Provide user training, support , and documentation for best practices. Work with DevOps/IT teams to ensure seamless integration between development tools and Atlassian platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Atlassian tools. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Atlassian administration. Expertise in Jira , Confluence , Bitbucket , and other Atlassian ecosystem tools. Strong understanding of Agile , Scrum , and ITIL/ITSM frameworks. Hands-on experience with JQL , REST APIs, and scripting (Groovy, Python, or similar). Familiarity with SAML/SSO , LDAP integration, and user management. Experience in cloud and on-prem Atlassian environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, etc.) are a plus. Position 2: Manhattan Functional Consultant Experience Required: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Manhattan WMS (WMOS, SCALE, or Active WMS). Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and support Manhattan WMS modules as per business needs. Lead or support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects. Perform system and functional testing, including test case preparation and execution. Train end-users and create functional documentation and user guides. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with Manhattan WMS (WMOS, SCALE, or Active WMS). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation or upgrade of Manhattan WMS. Ability to create detailed functional documents including BRDs, FSDs, and UAT scripts. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related fields.
