Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AthenaOne Systems Analyst with 7-12 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience with AthenaOne EMR and solution.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to AthenaOne EMR.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on AthenaOne systems.
Troubleshoot and debug code to identify and fix errors.
Participate in the development of best practices and standards for AthenaOne implementation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in software development or analysis.
Strong understanding of US healthcare payor domain, including RCM, claim lifecycle, public and private healthcare insurances, and US healthcare protocol and standards.
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, POS, ICD, CPT codes, HL7 standards, and HIPAA.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
