About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals who aspire to build their career in astronomy, stargazing, and science outreach. As a Trainee Astronomy Expert, you will undergo specialized training in astronomy concepts, telescope handling, crowd engagement, and event execution. After successful completion of the training and probation, you will be appointed as a full-time Astronomy Expert with attractive pay and allowances.

Post-Training Career PathProbation Period (6 Months)

• Starting Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Additional Allowances: ₹12,000 (monetary or non-monetary as per company policy)
• Performance-based evaluation during probation.

After Successful Completion of Training & Probation

• Confirmed Salary: ₹35,000 per month
• Allowances: Additional monetary or non-monetary allowances as per company terms.
• Growth opportunities in science education, event leadership, and corporate engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct astronomy shows, stargazing sessions, and science education activities.
• Operate and maintain telescopes, binoculars, and other astronomical equipment.
• Engage with students, guests, and corporate audiences during events.
• Deliver astronomy knowledge in an interactive, simple, and engaging manner.
• Assist in organizing astronomy outreach programs and corporate events.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Science/Engineering (preferred) or any discipline with a strong interest in Astronomy.
• Passion for science education, stargazing, and public engagement.
• Flexibility to travel and work at different event locations (including night shifts).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
