About the Role

Stargazing Experts

You will be part of a team that promotes astronomy education and space science experiences across various locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live stargazing sessions for schools, corporates, tourists, and public events.
• Operate telescopes, binoculars, and other astronomy-related equipment.
• Explain celestial objects, constellations, and astronomical events in an engaging manner.
• Manage crowd flow and ensure a smooth event experience.
• Assist in planning and executing astronomy-related programs and activities.
• Coordinate with the team to set up and dismantle equipment at event sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for astronomy, space science, and public engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Comfortable with flexible work hours (including evenings and nights).
• Ability to learn and operate astronomy equipment.
• Teaching or public speaking experience is a plus.

Selection Process

4 rounds of interviews

1. HR Round

   – Basic interaction and role overview.

2. Science Round

   – Testing your astronomy knowledge.

3. Teaching Round

   – Assessing your presentation & public speaking skills.

4. Management Round

   – Final suitability evaluation.

Training Period (1–2 Months)

• Unpaid training

  with hands-on field experience, anywhere Pan-India.

• Accommodation & food provided

  by the company.

• Deposit Requirement:

  ₹15,000 (refundable/adjustable) for accommodation & food during training.
• If you choose not to deposit, you can make your own arrangements.

Post Training

• Probation Period:

  Salary ₹25,000 + ₹12,000 non-monetary allowances.

• Post-Probation:

  Salary increases to ₹35,000 + same allowances.
• Opportunity to earn

  additional incentives

  through extra activities after probation.

Additional Information

• This role requires

  extensive travel

  and fieldwork.
• Work timings depend on event schedules, mostly in the evening and at night.
• Ideal for those passionate about

  others about the universe.
