Role Overview: You will be a part of the leading provider of professional services catering to the middle market globally. Your role will involve understanding clients' needs, developing industry expertise, performing audit procedures, preparing reports, and ensuring service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients. You will work collaboratively as part of a team, exercise professional judgment, and adhere to ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: - Understand clients' needs, business, industry, accounting systems, and relevant standards - Develop an understanding of the RSM audit approach, methodology, and tools - Perform audit procedures in accordance with the audit methodology and ensure proper documentation - Identify areas of risk and accounting issues, discussing solutions with the engagement teams - Research technical accounting issues and develop industry expertise - Prepare audit reports, management letters, and ensure compliance with quality standards - Provide supervision and development training for associates - Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, maintaining service excellence - Participate in various projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Commerce/MBA - Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA - 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit - Strong technical skills in accounting, including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS - Strong multi-tasking and project management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication in English for frequent interactions with clients and engagement teams Additional Details: At RSM, a competitive benefits and compensation package is offered to all employees, along with flexibility in schedules to balance personal and professional demands.
