Key Responsibilities: - Understanding clients" needs, business, industry, accounting systems, and industry-related IFRS or GAAP and GAAS issues - Developing a strong grasp of the RSM audit approach, methodology, and tools - Performing audit procedures and tests in line with the RSM audit methodology and ensuring proper documentation - Identifying risks, accounting issues, and engaging with the team to resolve any arising problems - Researching technical accounting matters and enhancing industry expertise - Preparing audit reports, management letters, and maintaining professional ethics - Ensuring compliance with quality standards through well-documented work - Collaborating effectively with the team and communicating with RSM audit professionals - Providing supervision and development training for associates - Taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality client service - Participating in various projects, working with multiple teams, and demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Commerce/MBA - Qualified Chartered Accountant - 2-4 years of experience in accounting and audit - Strong technical skills in accounting, including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS - Proficiency in data analytics, advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint - Strong multitasking and project management abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication in English for client interactions and team collaboration RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, along with flexibility in work schedules to help you balance personal and professional commitments.
