You will be part of an inclusive culture and talent experience that values exceptional individuals like yourself. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand clients" needs, business, industry, accounting systems, and relevant standards - Develop an understanding of the RSM audit approach, methodology, and tools - Perform audit procedures in accordance with the RSM audit methodology - Identify areas of risk and accounting issues, collaborating with engagement teams to resolve them - Research technical accounting issues and develop industry expertise - Prepare audit reports, management letters, and ensure compliance with quality standards - Exercise professional skepticism, judgment, and adhere to the code of ethics - Provide supervision, training, and guidance to associates - Take ownership of tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence - Provide high-quality client service, meeting or exceeding client expectations - Participate in projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors in Commerce/MBA - Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA - 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit - Strong technical skills in accounting (IFRS or GAAP and GAAS) - Strong multi-tasking and project management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication in English At RSM, we value our people and offer a competitive benefits and compensation package.
