Assurance Senior Associate 1 - Real Estate & Investment Funds

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding clients" needs, industry standards, and accounting systems. You will develop expertise in the RSM audit approach, perform audit procedures, identify risks, and research technical accounting issues. Your responsibilities will also include preparing audit reports, exercising professional judgment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, you will provide supervision and training for associates, deliver high-quality client service, and participate in various projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand clients" needs, industry standards, and accounting systems - Develop expertise in the RSM audit approach - Perform audit procedures and tests based on the audit plan - Identify risks and accounting issues; discuss solutions with the team - Research technical accounting issues - Prepare audit reports and management letters - Provide supervision and training for associates - Deliver high-quality client service - Participate in projects and collaborate with multiple teams **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in Commerce/MBA - Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA - 2-4 years of experience in accounting and audit - Strong technical skills in accounting (IFRS, GAAP, GAAS) - Strong multi-tasking and project management skills - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills In addition to the above, experience in the Investment Funds and Real Estate industries, as well as strong data analytical skills including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge, are preferred.,
