Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assurance Associate, located in Gurugaon.The Assurance Associate will be responsible for performing audits, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks may include examining financial records, identifying risks and discrepancies, and providing valuable insights to clients. This position requires collaboration with team members and clients to achieve high-quality assurance services.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are a plus
