The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Position in Food and Beverage & Culinary. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to the overall guest and employee satisfaction. Your duties will include assisting in menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, supervising restaurant operations, and providing training to achieve departmental goals. To be considered for this position, you should possess a high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage or culinary industry. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience will be considered. As part of the core work activities, you will be involved in managing the restaurant team, conducting day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing human resource activities. Your responsibilities will also include handling employee concerns, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, managing budgeted goals, and resolving guest problems and complaints. Additionally, you will be expected to supervise training initiatives, coach employees on performance, and assist in various restaurant operations during peak times.
