Assistant Showroom Manager – Gems & Jewellery_10+ yrs exp Location: Kottayam, Kerala Experience: 10+ years in the jewellery retail industry Reports To: Showroom Manager / Regional Manager Role Overview As an Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our jewellery showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in leading the team, implementing effective sales strategies, and upholding the brand's reputation for quality and trust. Roles and Responsibilities : Sales & Customer Engagement Team Leadership & Training Inventory & Visual Merchandising Operational Excellence Qualifications & Skills : Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the jewellery retail industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with jewellery management software is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English. Personal Traits: Strong leadership abilities, customer-centric attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for jewellery.
