Job Description

1. Process Issues/Quality issues Resolution related to Gear manufacturing

2. Awareness and knowledge of Gear Mfg Process with latest technology, cutting tool and gear micro geometries. .

3. Defect identification and root cause analysis

4. Rejection system-implementation of zero rejection concept

5.Tool & FOS cost reduction-initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation.

6.Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT

7. Generate Safe working culture

8. Knowledge of quality systems and adherence through review

9. Implementation of TPM in Machining

10. Knowledgeable of IMS, DCP,

Drive Productivity through regular reviews for indicators like OLE, OEE

Experience
BE - 3- 6 yrs.,
Industry Preferred

Experience in Gear Manufacturing Fanuc , Siemens Controls and CNC programing,

Hard turning (Felsomat), OD grinding, ID grinding (Microsmatic, NTC, PMT), Gear Honing (Prawema)

Qualifications
BE and DME
