Experience

Diploma with 15 to 17 yrs

Any Graduate with 20yrs

Other Skills:

Knowledge of PCD die and Diamond Die & TC Die

Knowledge of wire Drawing

IT Skills

Key Deliverables :

Responsible to Plan the entire die room activities as per production plan.

Responsibilities

Manage & control overall function of Die Shop (PCD die & Diamond Die & TC Die)

Plan the entire die room activities as per the production plan.

Prepare the production programme for die room.

Allocation of works to die shop team.

Ensure quantity and quality output of Die based on requirement of production.

Ensure control of documents as per ISO requirements.

Responsible to maintain all the records in the die room (Like Die history card)

Ensure the availability of die set as per Programme in die.

Ensure die set as per program in Die Register/production plan.

Manage & control the overall functioning of the quality system in the Die Shop.

Responsible for corrective and preventive action.

To update processes and operating instructions.

Observed the wire drawing process & solve technical problem related to Die.

Reducing of Die cost by enhancing Die life

To maintain Die inventory for smooth production

Ensure skill development of Die makers

Manage and control die shop manpower and leaves
