Asst. Manager - Tenders & Liasoning

bout the Role:

We are hiring a Tender Executive to handle end-to-end bidding and procurement processes on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and e-tender portals. The role involves monitoring tenders, preparing bids, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to drive successful participation in government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify relevant tenders/RFPs/RFQs on GeM & e-procurement portals.
• Prepare & submit technical/financial bids with complete documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tender eligibility and government procurement rules.
• Manage vendor registration, product listings & catalog updates on GeM.
• Coordinate with departments & govt. officials for queries, clarifications & follow-ups.
• Maintain tender MIS reports and track status of submissions.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business/Commerce/Management or equivalent.
• 2–5 years’ experience in GeM / e-tendering / government procurement.
• Strong knowledge of GeM processes, e-procurement portals, and govt. contracting norms.
• Good communication skills & proficiency in MS Office & online bidding portals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
