Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes in the engineering sector.
• Assess risk management processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions for management review.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate audit activities and provide guidance on best practices.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and perform follow-up audits as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to adapt audit approaches accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Commerce, Finance, or any related field
• Proven experience in internal auditing or a similar role, preferably within the mechanical or industrial engineering sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings to stakeholders clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Brave, Boldness and self-confident so that he can furnish the audit observations to the higher authorities without any hesitation.
• Honest, Dominating and hard working
• Drafting abilities and good presentation skills of the audit observations.
• With addition to the commercial back ground, he has the ability of certain technical observation
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.). Practical knowledge of present accounting package (if any) is desirable
