Job Title: Assistant Manager - Diamond showroom Location: Thrissur, Kerala Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management: Assist in managing and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets and provide guidance on sales strategies. 2. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly. 3. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including stock levels, displays, and merchandise planning. 4. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive and appealing store displays. 5. Security and Loss Prevention: Ensure the security and safety of the showroom, adhering to company policies and procedures. 6. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as sales reporting, inventory management, and staff scheduling. Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry. 2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and luxury goods. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 4. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a sales team. 5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
