Asst. Manager - Sales (E-Rickshaw battery)

1). Develop and implementing marketing plans, policies and strategies according to organizational goals and market trends to achieve the revenue target 2). Coordinate with Unit head in developing marketing plan and budget 3). Gathering and Analysing sales data marketing campaigns to determine the sales forecast 4). Execute the marketing plans including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met 5). Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among end users 6). Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities 7). Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals 8). Collaborate with different channel segments like distributors, dealers and OEMs to generate business 9). Primary responsible for E-Rickshaw battery business through direct OEMs Required Skills: · Excellent Written and verbal communication skills · Leadership & Organization skills · Ability to work independently and use own initiative Education : · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred · Experience with battery field will be an added advantage · 5+ years Sales/Mktg experience This position is for our group company Power Build Batteries Pvt Ltd Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
