Minimum 5 years Experience in Dairy Plant
Qualification - Diploma /B-Tech ( Dairy Tech ) / Food Technology
Position is On-Roll with Baani Milk Producer Company Ltd and working will be at Patiala or field (Only Male Candidates) .
Key responsibilities of Senior Executive (QA):
1. Monitoring of Quality and Food Safety of raw milk received and finished products manufactured at third party location
2. Liaison with Third party and Corporate Office
3. Reporting to Corporate office
4. Monitoring of hygiene and sanitation at the third party operation
5. Ensure compliance of raw materials and products as per the relevant rules and regulations, such as FSSAI, Weights and Measures
6. Ensure adherence to the specifications
7. Ability to cross check product parameters on his own
8. Do GMP audit periodically and monitor product quality at the entire food chain till dispatch
9. Operation of SAP for QA activities.
