Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures to monitor and improve the quality of work during all phases of the project.
• Supervise QA/QC personnel and coordinate inspection activities across projects
• Review and ensure that the engineering designs and plans meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and manage non-conformity reports
• Lead root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Certifications:

• Six Sigma
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
