🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Drive project-based sales across industrial and commercial infrastructure segments.

- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to order closure.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.

- Influence product specifications and ensure alignment with client requirements.

🔹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project sales within building materials, PEB, profiles, panels, or cladding products.

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) or Architecture, with MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.

• Excellent communication, networking, and technical sales skills.

💼 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙏𝘾: ₹8–12 LPA (including 20% variable pay).

Quarterly performance-based incentives.
