Asst. Manager PMO

Responsibilities:

• Allocate project resources in coordination with the RA (Responsible Authority) and Head of Operations
• Prepare the

  baseline project plan

  in collaboration with the RA
• Define scope of work and key milestones through a

  Job Briefing Note (JBN)

  and communicate clearly to all involved teams
• Develop

  resource plans

  in coordination with Project Managers and Team Leaders
• Monitor project progress against the baseline plan on a

  weekly and monthly basis

  with Project Managers, teams, and Branch Offices based on:
• Start and finish dates
• % progress based on milestones and cost (as per JBN)
• % progress based on

  Design Progress Indicator

  (per BMS)
• % progress based on

  man-hours utilized

• Advise project teams on

  railway approvals and submission processes

  throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with Regional/Branch Offices for project support and execution from the Head Office
• Prepare and monitor

  billing plans

  on a weekly and monthly basis
• Generate and maintain the following project reports:

• Monthly Progress Reports / MIS

• Billing Plans

• Master Monitoring and Controlling Sheets

• Report project progress regularly to the RA and senior management
• Assist RA in

  BMS (Business Management System)

  implementation and project control processes
• Ensure quality control across project phases
• Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams and external clients to meet project goals
