Asst. Manager- Operations and Maintenance

At least 3 years of experience in a solar EPC

Summary:

The O&M Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation and maintenance of solar power plants. This role involves managing a team of technicians, implementing maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal plant performance, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The O&M Manager acts as a key point of contact for technical issues and works to maximize solar assets' energy production and overall lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
