Job Description

Assistant Manager / Manager Project

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Coordination

Manage project activities including resource scheduling, execution methodologies, milestones, and monitoring.
Evaluate designs and coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for necessary changes.
Interface with internal departments, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow and schedule adherence.

Site & Construction Management

Oversee execution contractors, their resource deployment, and material delivery schedules.
Manage design and deliverable changes from various agencies and consultants.
Provide technical inputs and supervise construction methodologies.
Coordinate site-level design execution and logistics.
Report and escalate critical issues related to project scope and execution.

General Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with modern contractual practices and construction standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and negotiate project-related matters.
Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to resolve challenges and drive project success.

Candidate Profile:

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
6 to12 years in project execution, planning, and site coordination
