Job Description

Role is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai for a leading real estate developer.

Role is based in Head Office and will be responsible for HVAC Design for commercial office spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Should have knowledge of HVAC systems and system design.
Job profile requires knowledge of design and design coordination with different stakeholders of the project such as MEP consultants, Structural consultants and Architectural consultants.
Should be well versed with Codes such as NBC / local CFO norms
Should be good at reading drawings
Based on initial concept level drawings should be able to derive at basic load calculations, tentative space requirements etc. so that he / she will be able to comment on Architectural drawings and drawings given by MEP consultants
Should have knowledge of checking TDS submitted by various contractors, manufacturers and suppliers.
Should have good knowledge on heat load calculations, checking the same.
Should have knowledge on checking the rates quoted by contractors, working out cost analysis
Knowledge of AutoCAD, HAP, BIM, ASHRAE SMACNA etc.
