Job Description

Planning movement of tankers for Primary supplies Mangalore and Aegis and IPPL Haldia - handling bulk volumes of a Volumes of 162KT /yearly.
Tracking 550+ deliveries/ month to ensure on-time delivery and adherence of JRM and OBC Invariants.
UAT testing for new plant/ Evolution in Logistics (TOP)
Preparation of documents related to ICT audits and manage the follow up action plans.
Process PR/PO for transport-related vendors and handling Capex budget of 150 K USD and OPEX budget 100 K USD annually.
Follow up on payment and resolve issues related to transport vendors, clearing pending payments.
Source Mapping Access Price / Cost Comparison for Local Purchases.
Adjusting the Local purchase as per source Mapping.
Preparation of Monthly Highlights, KPI, MIS, OSCAR, RAMSES and Landed cost reports.
Maintaining master records of tank trucks and distance in SAP
Freight Rate Revision on account Of Diesel Escalation / De-Escalation in SAP
MAMBO workings being shared to S&M
Conducting Quarterly meetings with transporters and tracking transporter performance.
Monthly expense Budget report/ analysis.
Updating Vehicle availability and utilization to Management on weekly basis.
Collecting and sharing plant closing stock details
Conducting monthly meetings with the internal stakeholders (Sales, Billing & Operations team) for periodic review
Tracking Stock Inventory for tanker fitments.
Handling night shift activities on a need basis
