DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage Claims: Oversee the processing and timely submission of insurance claims for patients.

2. Verify Coverage: Coordinate with insurance companies to confirm patient coverage and resolve discrepancies.

3. Assist Patients: Help patients understand their insurance benefits and the claims process.

4. Pre-authorization: Liaise with insurance providers for pre-authorization of treatments and surgeries.

5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital, insurance, and government regulations.

6. Document Verification: Review patient insurance documents, including policy details and terms.

7. Coordinate Information: Work with hospital departments to gather required documents for claims.

8. Monitor Claims: Track the status of claims and follow up with insurance companies for settlements.

9. Resolve Issues: Handle claim disputes and delays, working with both patients and insurance companies.

10. Team Support: Guide and support the insurance team in processing claims accurately and on time.

11. Reporting: Generate reports on claim status and reimbursements for management.

12. Staff Training: Train hospital staff on insurance protocols and claims processing best practices.

13. Stay Informed: Keep updated on changes in insurance policies and regulations.

14. Process Improvement: Support the development of new processes to improve claims and patient satisfaction.

15. Confidentiality: Ensure patient insurance details are kept confidential and comply with data protection laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
