Product

Hyderabad Location: Mattress(Domicil Sleep)Franchisee Development

Bangalore: Sofa / furniture (HTL) SIS Development

Franchisee Acquisition & Expansion

Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in targeted regions.
Conduct market research to identify viable cities/locations for business expansion.
Generate leads through various channels (trade shows, digital campaigns, B2B networking, property consultants, etc.).
Develop proposals and business presentations for prospective franchisees.
Conduct due diligence on potential partners to ensure financial and operational capability.
Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Regularly monitor franchise performance and provide support for sales enhancement.
Address franchisee issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct periodic business reviews with franchise partners.
Drive sales growth through franchise channels by implementing business development strategies.
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, new product trends, and consumer preferences.
Prepare reports on franchise performance, expansion opportunities, and business risks.
Contribute to the annual business plan and budgeting process for franchise operations.
Suggest product mix and pricing strategies based on regional trends and demand.
