He should be from Furniture/furnishing/Retail industry with channel Sales/Dealer Development experience. He will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The BDM will manage a sales team, monitor market trends, and collaborate with other departments to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Should have excellent Communication Skills Should be willing to travel 10 to 15 days in a month Target oriented. Should have Territorial knowledge of North India & North-East Should have good connects with Channel partners & Dealers Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews.
