Role & responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Asst. Manager -Business Development professional to join our team. He should be from Furniture/furnishing/Retail industry with channel Sales/Dealer Development experience. He will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The BDM will manage a sales team, monitor market trends, and collaborate with other departments to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Identify new business opportunities within the territory. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory. Provide feedback to senior management on potential opportunities and challenges. Ensure the region is aligned with the overall business strategy. Preferred candidate profile Candidate from mattress & furniture industries are more preferred. Should have excellent Communication Skills Should be willing to travel 10 to 15 days in a month Target oriented. Should have Territorial knowledge of North India & North-East Should have good connects with Channel partners & Dealers Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews. Motivate the team to meet individual and collective goals. Candidates ready to join immediate or at short notice are most preferrable.
