Ability to Handle Team Size of 25 to 35 CCEs for Inbound & Outbound process

· Maintain team discipline and actively involved in the performance of the team based on company goals and objectives.

· Motivate team members, setting targets on weekly, monthly basis to promote healthy competition among team members.

· Identification of Individual strengths & areas of improvements; interests.

· Develop and bring the low performers up the learning curves.

· Responsible for call monitoring and providing coaching and feedback to the team member.

· Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure effective customer retention by utilizing all available support resources.

· Interaction with management, actively involved in floor activities.

· Maintain Roster adherence, taking escalations in case of chronic cases.

· Ensure Business Continuity and Recovery through Risk Assessment.

Personality: Communication Skills, Convincing ability, Self-motivated, Accessible, Analytical Skills, Focus on Quality, Target Oriented, Crisis and conflict management, Decision Making, Enthusiastic, High on Integrity, Receptive to feedback, Unbiased.

• Requirement: - Graduate / PG with Excellent communication.
• Experience: - 1-3 Year.

Salary: ₹20,000. to ₹30,000. per month
