Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with strong ERP implementation experience to manage our enterprise systems and IT infrastructure. This role will lead ERP deployment and optimization, while also ensuring secure, efficient IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead ERP implementation, integration, and user training.
· Analyze business needs and align ERP workflows accordingly.
· Maintain and support IT infrastructure (networks, servers, NAS, backups).
· Manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud services (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity tools.
· Ensure system compliance with data protection standards (e.g., GDPR).
· Provide technical support and documentation for systems and processes.
· Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency through ERP and tech solutions.
Requirements:
· 10 years of experience in IT administration with ERP system implementation.
· Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and data security.
· Experience with Power BI, NAS systems (Synology/QNAP), and cloud basics.
· ERP and data analysis experience required.
· Degree in IT or related field; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ERP-specific).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
