Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Carry out routine
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of HPDC machines and related equipment (shot blasting, trimming, cooling units).
Troubleshoot and repair
electrical faults
in PLC panels, drives, sensors, solenoids, contactors, and safety circuits.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HPDC machines or auxiliary equipment.
Monitor and ensure proper functioning of
hydraulic and pneumatic systems
linked to electrical controls.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and daily logs.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) for frequent failures and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with plant
safety standards and electrical regulations
.
Coordinate with other maintenance and production team members to minimize machine downtime.
