Job Description

1. Interacting with scheduling team for effective planning and ensuring products produced are as per schedule and meeting the requirements with out any backlogs

2. Ensure proper usage of consumables to meet the MFG cost targets ( BOM, section requirement , M/C tools, M/C consumables etc)

3. Identification / tracking / implementation of CAPEX related projects

4. Identify the projects in bringing down the cycle times and improving the uptime

5. Ensure external/internal audit recommendations are fulfilled

6. Prepare an action plan for quality defects on daily basis and initiate projects

7. Prepare an action plan production loss on daily basis and initiate projects

8. Identify the projects for eliminating unsafe conditions and unsafe actions and ensure proper PPE usage across the shift/section

9. Ensuring the target levels are met related to 5S , QCC , suggestions , Jh time reduction

10. Training material preparation and ensuring trainings are conducted on 5S , QCC , machine operations and types of quality defects and its trouble shooting , DOS and DONTs

11. Tracking of manpower retention on weekly basis and motivating the team accordingly across the shift/section

12. Ensuring the process is run as defined if any deviation involve the concern teams/department
