Asst. Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, day-to-day accounting operations, and a solid understanding of GST compliance including E-Way bills and e-invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bank transactions, sales, and purchase entries in Tally Prime
• Prepare and analyze outstanding reports
• Assist in email communication with clients and vendors
• Support senior accountants and coordinate with CA during audits
• Generate and manage E-Way bills and e-invoices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel & Word
• Knowledge of GST, accounting standards, and audit procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills

✅ Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling day-to-day accounting tasks
• Familiarity with outstanding report generation and email follow-ups
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior accountants and auditors
