Associate/Sr. Associate

As a Customer Service Representative at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for handling customer queries in a professional manner. Your main duties will include providing accurate information, resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, and assisting customers with product or service-related questions and account inquiries. It is essential that you maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer concerns. In this role, you will be required to document customer interactions and update customer records with accurate information. You should be prepared to escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell products or services as per process requirements and perform all duties within team and personal targets. To excel in this position, you must be a graduate and should be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment, especially night shifts or rotational shifts.
