Associate/Sr. Associate - Outreach

Role Overview: As an Associate - Outreach for Admissions at ISDM, you will play a crucial role in supporting the institution's efforts to attract potential students and promote its academic programs. Your primary focus will involve developing and implementing outreach initiatives, engaging with various audiences, and working closely with the admissions team to meet recruitment targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential outreach contacts, including NGOs, colleges, and institutes, and manage outreach activities through consistent follow-ups and progress tracking. - Assist in creating and executing outreach strategies to entice prospective students to enroll in the institution's programs. - Effectively identify and engage with the key target audience to maximize outreach impact. - Establish strong partnerships, propose collaborations, and nurture them for mutual benefit. - Introduce external entities to ISDM, coordinate with external contacts to ensure high-quality content and effective outreach. - Develop and oversee outreach materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content for social media platforms and the official website. - Monitor and analyze data related to outreach initiatives, including event attendance, inquiries, and application trends, to refine recruitment strategies for optimal results. - Collaborate closely with the admissions team to align outreach efforts with the institution's enrollment objectives. - Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities, recommend adjustments to enhance engagement levels and enrollment outcomes. - Craft communication messages and creatives for webinar invitations and other events. - Manage the Q&A process during webinars efficiently. - Maintain and update the social media database for ISDM, ensuring active engagement within the community. Qualification Required: - 2-5 years of relevant experience in outreach or admissions-related roles or projects. - Possession of a Master's degree, preferably in fields such as Social Work, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Science, Mass Media, or Mass Communication. - Demonstrated ability as a quick learner with a proactive approach. - Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Adaptable and flexible mindset capable of thriving in dynamic environments and managing pressure and ambiguity. - Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with team members and external partners.
