Senior Associate, Graphic Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating captivating visual experiences across various mediums, incorporating both static and motion elements. Your main duties will include conceptualizing and developing engaging visual identities for print, digital, and social media campaigns. Additionally, you will be translating brand strategy into impactful visuals through effective art direction. You will also create high-quality design assets including layouts, illustrations, icons, and basic to intermediate motion graphics elements. Collaborating with copywriters, motion designers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive messaging will be an essential part of your role. Furthermore, you will develop storyboards and advanced motion graphics sequences to enhance presentations and digital content. Managing and providing constructive feedback to junior designers and motion designers, staying current on design trends, best practices, and advancements in motion graphics software, and maintaining a strong understanding of branding principles, user experience (UX) design, and animation principles will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar senior design role. - Proven track record of creating successful design campaigns across various media. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and animation principles. - Mastery of industry-standard design software, Adobe Creative Suite, including proficiency in motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
